When will I receive the item after having it repaired?You can pick up your unit as soon as the post-repair checks are complete and it has been confirmed that the unit is in proper condition. This includes test flights for drones, checking the state-of-charge for EcoFlow power stations, conducting camera handling tests for gimbals, and more.

Do you repair Insta360 action cameras?No. We are only able to conduct preliminary checks on Insta360 units. After the initial evaluation, your unit will be sent to the Insta360 service center for further endorsement. The usual turnaround time for this process is approximately two to three (2-3) months.

How to claim warranty?Once you have your receipt ready, proceed to fill out the warranty claim form. Our team will review your claim and get back to you promptly to assist you with your request.
